Additionally, my mashed potatoes and gravy were missing. The chicken was so overcooked that the bones easily fell apart. Furthermore, the restaurant does not answer their phone and the prices are too high for the quality of food. Given the numerous negative reviews, I am surprised by the 3.3 rating. It appears that the employees may be leaving fake reviews.

KFC has gone WAY downhill and I 'm so sure this will be the last time I ever visit, because it seems like every time I take a chance and buy a meal at KFC it 's always a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I seen 10 to 15 cars come and go after I had already ordered payed!! Then when I got my order 25 minutes later they STILL FORGOT large macaroni I ordered with my meal!! So I had to go back around and the guy look at me and said what macaroni til I showed him my RECEIPT. Then walked off mad and someone else brought it. (WORST DRIVE-THRU EVER!!
