Trinity has had the same upbeat attitude that is needed most mornings for us ALL. One day I ordered an item that has bananas and you guys were all out, she offered a substitute item and promised it would taste the same... AND IT DID! She knows her job and the menu well you can see the confidence she has moving around in the kitchen. She reminded me about rewards and suggested that I got the app for points and other offerings! Malia took my order with a smile very courteous and patient as I navigated on the app. Thank you ladies for your consistent A1 customer service! I have a condition that prevents me from consuming milk or soy, and I often request a kid's size watermelon due to my limited budget while I'm out here working... read more I have a condition that prevents me from consuming milk or soy, and I often request a kid's size watermelon due to my limited budget while I'm out here working for this delivery service. Unfortunately, they informed me that they can't accommodate my requests because of my gluten intolerance and lactose issues. This restaurant does not modify orders for those with allergies. Additionally, my soy restriction was not taken into consideration. If you're working hard for this company and hoping for support, you might be disappointed here. It seems they don’t cater to the soy-free or lactose-intolerant community, even when they clearly could. Good luck to anyone with similar dietary restrictions.

That really says a lot about how poor this establishment is. They've even stopped delivering to me because of my honest feedback. It seems that if you leave a bad review and express frustration over their failure to answer phone calls—especially after being shortchanged on a $9 drink—they'll try to get your review removed. It's ridiculous! The management seems completely out of touch; they're being paid far too much for not effectively managing their staff or handling orders properly.
