I was excited about trying the lemon blueberry ricotta crepe and was total disappointment. It was bland and not a hint of sweetness. The over easy eggs were a bit over cooked and had no seasoning. The hash browns were crispy but not the bacon. The hot chocolate tasted like it was made with water and not stirred because hot chocolate mix was sitting on the bottom of cup.

I ordered an omelette with ham, spinach, and pepper jack cheese, but it arrived without pancakes. Upon closer inspection, the omelette was dry and missing the spinach, with only diced ham, green peppers, and a slice of pepper jack cheese on top. I contacted IHOP through their site and was credited $5. However, while eating the rest of the omelette, I found a piece of paper inside. When I reached out again, I was told they could only credit $5 and couldn't address the issues with the order. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience and would not recommend it.

I had a tilapia meal the tilapia was dried out it was overcook the rice was hard the broccoli was yellow and green Obviously nowhere close to being fresh I won't go to another IHOP. Order arrives, no pancakes.. ugh! But I discovered why. Then this dry omelette w/ no spinach!Just diced ham, a sprinkle of green peppers and a slice of pepper Jack on top not cheese inside. Notified IHOP through site,credit back $5. Then eating other half find paper IN the omelette!!!!!! Try to reach out again.. to be told sorry but we credit$5 without me being able to add how jacked up the order was PERIOD!!! TRASH!
