We had chosen them as our preferred servicer for a new practice management system, but their devices kept losing connection to our network despite us requesting the upgrades they suggested. When we opened a new office and transferred the equipment and account there, their tech support attempted to reprogram the machines three times without success. We paid their monthly service fee for 10 months without actually being able to use their services, and even after canceling before the 3-year deal, they still owe us $350.
