I work in retail and was picking up a call in order for my company. If he was my employee talking to customers the way he did Iwould have fired him on the spot. Will never return to this location ever again specifically bc of his attitude. I will also besure to spread the word, not just here.

Many complaints appear to be unwarranted, especially considering how inconsiderate some customers are towards the staff. Losing your cool won’t help anyone. It’s hard to believe that someone would complain about the machines just 30 minutes before closing. The employees have their own lives and shouldn’t have to only be there to serve others.

I’m not sure where the mix-up happened, especially since the label clearly says CROISSANT—so how did I end up with an English muffin?
