Ordered an iced coffee with cream, sweetened flavor and sweet cold foam and it just seemed off compared to other locations... Not as flavorful. My husband order... read more Ordered an iced coffee with cream, sweetened flavor and sweet cold foam and it just seemed off compared to other locations... Not as flavorful. My husband ordered the matcha green tea blended and there were so many ice chunks and it just tasted like frothed milk. Will probably not be back to this location. The staff was friendly. The chairs would have been comfy but there were homeless people hanging out inside so we didn't stay long... The bathrooms looked like they had tried to shower.

The line has a wall all the way down after the register so you are kind of trapped in line unless you want to climb through the people in line ahead of you which was not my favorite setup. Otherwise good spot.

Or out of large cups so you have no choice but to get what they say. Doesn't seem that busy they get lost in ordering ahead so this isn'tnormal. It's the only reason I come to this place.... I will give them some time and will try again in a few months. Staffis rude. Short. And unhelpful. As usual. Never bothered me until today. Needs some heavy changes.
