Went to sit down and have a nice breakfast with my mom. 45 minutes after ordering our food we hadn't been served yet, and we're sitting there, watching our plat... read more Went to sit down and have a nice breakfast with my mom. 45 minutes after ordering our food we hadn't been served yet, and we're sitting there, watching our plates go cold on the line for 15 minutes as our server answers a personal call and proceeds to grab 3 other peoples food that arrived to the restaurant after us. Worst customer service I've ever experineced at a Denny's in my life. The Denny's on the south side of Phx are better than this place.

I’m done with this place. Half of the staff is just wearing street attire. Looks like people who walked in to eat just decided to start serving as well. My order was wrong. I know for a fact what I said I ordered. Server argued with me that what she wrote down was what I said. Then I hear the cooks curse when it went back. This place is run down.

There seemed to be a long wait to be seated, but we were greeted early, there was no hostess. The Waitresses were super busy. Had to Wait for the bill. Again, Waitresses were busy serving taking orders. Again, food was very tasty, prices depend on which menu you choose.

Our waitress was nice and checked up on us. The place smelled like dirty mop water. As soon as we walked in, we smelled it. A lot of the employees were chatting and on their phones and not paying attention to customers. My server wasreally nice though and professional. The cups they gave us looked soo dirty. They switched it out for us but still looked kindadirty. I?m sure it?s the dishwasher leaving the stains on it but still?. It made me not want to drink from it. I don?t thinkwe?ll come back to this one.
