Come here all the time. I'm always at the bar by myself after work. Good music and great energy. A fun spot for anyone downtown whether it's after a concert, convention or ball game I highly recommend this pub. Angela, Haley and Dave are awesome and will make you laugh check it out. You won't regret it. My favorite server hands down is Kaitlyn with the great smile . View all feedback.
Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin my review. I went about three weeks ago and received the worst experience of my life. Firstly, my sister and I were in the seating area where there is a large sign saying something along the the lines of “Please wait to be seated.” We’re there for a good amount of time and I noticed the waiter (pale woman, lots of tattoos, blue eyes) looking over at us many times without saying anything, so I ask if we’re supposed to seat ourselves. After we seat ourselves, she comes over to ask us what we’d like to drink while acting in a very passive way, as if we were wasting her time. I order a drink and finished it before my meal came out, yet I didn’t get any refills the whole hour and a half we were there. We eventually order, and for one, she brings out the wrong order, picks it up, and drops it back on the table. At this point, my sister and I were extremely uncomfortable and came to the conclusion we weren’t going to leave a tip. The server was on her phone going back in the kitchen to grab our food which made things even worse because you never know what people can do to your food. When the food came out, she never checked on my table until it was time for the bill, and believe me, I am not a fan of pulling the race card, but she was lingering around tables of non-POC customers. Maybe a deeper dive is necessary when hiring servers. Other than this dreadful service, the hot honey chicken wings were pretty good and we did score free fries due to the mistake of the service. If I decide I ever want to support the Crown after an event like this, it will definitely be takeout.Parking: There’s absolutely no parking unless you’re willing to take a bit of a walk. It is right by the light rail.
Had the Buffalo cauliflower, spinach artichoke dip and the meat loaf, everything was super tasty! The sourdough bread bowl on the dip was delicious, The greens included on the cauliflower bites was a nice addition and that meatloaf was on point! The presentation, the taste everything. Pleasantly surprised with this choice we made before the Bryan Adams concert. Right by footprint center and the ballpark.
I had a great experience at Crown Public House. Its location, situated between the baseball field and the basketball area, makes it a convenient spot for sports enthusiasts. The best part is that it's easily accessible from the light rail, adding to its convenience. Now let's talk about the food. The poutine at Crown Public House was absolutely fantastic. The combination of crispy fries, rich gravy, and perfectly melted cheese curds was a delight to my taste buds. The portion size was generous, and the flavors were on point. I ate it too quickly for a photo! The ambiance of the pub was cozy and inviting. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had a pleasant dining experience. The menu had a good variety of options, catering to different preferences.Overall, I highly recommend Crown Public House, especially if you're in the mood for some mouthwatering poutine and a hangout spot before any game! With its convenient location, great food, and friendly service, it's definitely worth a visit
It's a nice sports bar downtown Phoenix, right between the baseball and basketball stadiums it gets busy on game days but they always have good service and good food. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. Overall a good place to meet friends and hang out.
The crown public House is a great Bar and Grill to visit after local sports events or just to hang out with friends. It can get very loud in this establishment so if you don't like a place filled with crazy sports fans, we might want to consider moving on. But most sports bars are like this, so if that's where you like to hang out and you enjoy this establishment. As far has the menu, they serves some of the best bar food I have ever eaten! Our waiter was very attentive I had a very good attitude. The crown public House Bar and Grill well be a place we visit again!
