Circle K - Phoenix
Circle K
Description
A neighborhood quick-stop with longtime, friendly staff faces mixed reviews: regulars praise familiar faces, while others report inconsistent hours, slow service and staff who monopolize checkout conversations. Serious concerns about cleanliness were raised, including a persistent sewage odor and questionable on‑site practices that made some customers uncomfortable. Safety and hygiene lapses — such as mask noncompliance and poor enforcement of rules — undermined the experience. The place can work for routine, familiar visits but may disappoint those seeking prompt, sanitary service or a quiet, professional atmosphere.
Feedback
The restaurant had an overwhelming sewage smell, and it was clear that the owner wasn’t taking proper care of the establishment. Additionally, I was quite shocked to see an employee in a locked cage, which is not something I’ve ever encountered at a Circle K before.
I saw a sign at 9:30 saying they'd be back in five minutes. When I returned half an hour later, the sign was still there. It just seems like a lack of effort on their part.
I really appreciate the staff, but unfortunately, the restaurant doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars. It's pretty obvious why.
I guarantee and would happily bet no matter what time, day, or week, as soon as you walk in... the whole store will smell like a toilet. Nice staff tho :
