It's only fair I share my opinion of this spectacular Chipotle after the mediocre review I left for another. This is the GO TO location for me. every time I go they have the best quality ingredients, the most consistent portions and they are ALWAYS ontime. This plays doesn't miss, for me anyway, and I wish this place was closer to home. I pick up meals here and I'm still 40minutes away from home. I do this because I cannot trust any other locations near my home to be as good as this one. High praiseto everyone at this location and thank you for putting in some effort and having some pride in the food you serve people. Thankyou!
Employees tonight looked like they hated their lives, first person taking my order didn?t even ask if I what I wanted, just stared at me until I awkwardly asked if I could get some food. Only reason I gave it two stars is because the food was good asusual. Not a single smile or thank you. Love chipotle so probably just go to another location.
This is our local Chipotle. It's a reliable dinner spot with plenty of clean seating in a somewhat crowded but centrally located strip of stores and restaurants. We have learned to not order delivery/door dash from this location as something small is alwaysmissing from our order.
So disappointed! Use to love coming here and tipping but lately the short older Mexican lately forgot her name) refuses to give the amount of queso she?s supposed to. When we ask for more she tells us we need to pay double. The amount she always givesis less then a spoonful for $2.65 . To double that for nothing is ridiculous. She is very rude all the time too. Seems like shehates her job. Chipotle burritos don?t taste the same anymore when she makes it.. don?t wanna come back anymore
They sent me the wrong order and gave me a free credit for another order. I went to reorder my food with the free meal credit and the minimum is $10 so I had to order 2 meals. Then the next order came incorrect and the website said they could not processmy request. So frustrating. Chipolte used to be my favorite and I would go twice a week and I was planning some large cateringorders. Too bad Chipolte has gone do downhill. I won't be going back

The vegetarian bowl is great here. They stay open late which great for us night shift people.
2 drinks (medium) 2 entrees (bowls) no extras other than guacamole.... $40? Come on really? I won't be back unless the prices become more reasonable.
I absolutely love Chipotle! It's one of the few fast food places where, even if they get my order wrong, it doesn't really matter because everything tastes fantastic. It's my go-to spot after a workout!
Love this place can never get enough of it
This restaurant is consistently busy, but the food has always been excellent. The staff is friendly and ensures our orders are correct. The lobby is always clean and well-maintained. With the weather cooling down, they now offer a patio. However, the patio is located right in the parking lot and is very close to the busy Peoria Road. While it's not the most pleasant or quiet patio, it's a nice option to have.

The burrito bowls are good but leak grease all over. The side of guacamole I paid more than $3 for was a tiny tiny sample cup. Chipotle skimps on everything but the price.
I find it outrageous that they charge $4 for guacamole that looks unappetizing and is inedible. This has happened to me twice now, and I find it to be just disgusting.
I ordered a Burrito Bowl, and it looked sparse—nothing like what I would get if I ordered it in the restaurant. I definitely don’t recommend getting it delivered if they’re going to give less food for the same price.
The fajita veggies on the Chipotle Mexican Grill menu could be improved, as they are cut too thick.
The food was cold, with barely any rice, overcooked chicken, and sour cream that was too watery. I normally don’t have problems with their food, but this time it was really disappointing.

The food here is really tasty, although slightly pricey. Nonetheless, it’s definitely worth it.
They prepared the fajitas fresh and made brown rice for my bowl upon request. The atmosphere was clean and quite cool, although I did miss having a proper margarita. I’m sure it will be available again soon.
I had a burrito here years ago and was not impressed. A few months ago I was there and loved it! I had a bowl. It was really good. The thing I wasn't crazy was additional charges for Guacamole and Queso. There is a fee for chips that you can get free in other places. I rejected the chips.
Fantastic service with a large team. The long lines move quickly. Spacious indoor seating and plenty of large outdoor tables. You'll find many friendly birds around. The tacos are massive, with three in each order, and they're easy to eat. Parking can be a challenge, so it's best to park nearby for easier access. They offer free refills and have a straightforward menu. Be sure to follow security protocols. There's access from both roads, and the prices are reasonable. You’ll know what you want before getting in line. Highly recommended!
