Amazing food!! but some of the staff were douchebags, especially the guy with the glasses, got upset with my grandfather for no reason (who?s never been to a chipotle before . remember, don?t work at a job that you don?t like and make it worst for everyoneelse!! everyone has their bad days but no need to take it out on customers :
It's half and half at this location. Half the time the service is great and half the time it sucks. It would be nice if there was at least an attempt at finding a happy medium between great and sucks. Ordered online, arrived five minutes after the quotedpick up time, and I find ONE person working the line. One. Several people standing around ???????????. I'm on my lunch so i endup spending 20 minutes of it waiting for my food to be done. My three tacos were completely spilling out and just a mess.

This is our favorite lunch spot in the neighborhood. My husband and I enjoy walking there to enjoy a fantastic meal. We also love using the app, as it's super convenient when we’re busy. We can just drop in and find our order ready for us.

My bowl wasn't edible because they put guacamole on the top and scrapped it off I have a severe allergy to avocados and never heard back .
Chipotle has reduced the size of their Quesadillas in half from the last time I ordered from there. Beyond disappointed.
I ordered the double chicken dish, but it had very little chicken, and what was there was tough and dry. I couldn’t finish it and had to throw it away. It felt like a complete waste of money.
The bowl was delicious and packed with a generous amount of meat!
The servings of meat are extremely small, making me wonder if there's any meat in there at all.

This is our go-to lunch spot in the neighborhood. My husband and I enjoy visiting for a tasty meal. We also make use of the app, which is really convenient when we're busy. We can simply drop by, and our order is ready and waiting for us.
I visited a few weeks ago in the afternoon, I ordered a simple bowl to go, the two young women on the front, one that prepared my bowl and the other that arranged me were very friendly, friendly, helpful and had a great setting from the beginning to the end. I can appreciate that how I worked in customer service that doesn't make a mistake, by the way, is not a simple task. You are kind demeanor, made for a very welcoming experience, I hope I will come back very soon!
Been to this store 3 previous times. They're not that friendly and stingy acting with the portions when dishing up even the lettuce, but shaking off the spoon so they don't give too much! Not a good experience at Chandler Blvd, however the food is still the good quality but won't go back there if I can help it, other store's are much better.
I arrived right when the restaurant opened at 10:45, and I was greeted with hot, fresh, and delicious food that came in generous portions. It was a fantastic experience!
Big Chipotle is fantastic! I love their burritos, rice bowls, and tacos; they are all so delicious that I could eat them all day. Plus, the parking is very convenient. By the way, I used to see an Arby's nearby, but honestly, I never noticed how long it had been open or saw anyone there.
