Chili's Grill - Phoenix

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding! Our server went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience, and when there was a small issue with the seafood mac and cheese (no crab), it was quickly corrected. The manager even stopped by our table to make sure we were happy with our meal and the fix. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this restaurant!

I have visited this restaurant location three times now. The service is usually quite good, but I have found the food to be disappointing. On my most recent visit, the chicken wings were undercooked and could have used more sauce. The original chicken crispers were overcooked and too brown on the outside. The burger bites were missing onions, and the bacon bits kept falling off. I also noticed that the manager never came by to check on our table, and it seems like there are often issues in the kitchen.

Service was amazing, chili was new and tasted better! However, crispy chicken sandwich was not so good, chicken was great but the shredded lettuce tasted old and the bun was flat and no so good! I just ate the fried chicken by it self. Maybe instead ofusing lettuce just add couple pickles or whole pickle on the side would be nice! Pickle onions would be unique and bomb!

I went to AMC to watch Thor Love and Thunder with my best friend and then had a fantastic lunch here. Our waitress was excellent.

The crispy chicken strips were good. The sauces were ok. The French fries were way too salty. Happy hour prices are only good in the bar. The rewards program didn't recognize my phone number, but the manager fixed our bill. Guess I give up on the rewards.
