Chili Grill Bar offers a familiar chain experience, marked by decent food and consistent service. However, recent inflation has impacted portion sizes and menu offerings, leading to some dissatisfaction, particularly with the quality of items like salads and chicken. Overwhelmed staff and slow service have compounded the challenges, often leaving diners waiting for drinks and food. While some guests have enjoyed their meals and the atmosphere, others lament the decline in attentiveness and food quality. Despite its flaws, the restaurant remains a nostalgic comfort for many, making it a hit-or-miss destination worth considering.

When will these places know to not use the same cleaning rag for table tops and booth benches? Table top computers very DIRTY.

The bartender was overwhelmed, juggling multiple tasks—serving drinks at the bar while trying to prepare orders for the restaurant. We sat there for a while before we finally decided to order an appetizer, but it took a long time for our order to be taken. When the food arrived, the chips were hot and fresh, and the guacamole was excellent, featuring generous chunks of avocado. The food was enjoyable, yet we couldn't finish it because we had consumed so many chips while waiting to order and receive our meal. After an extensive wait, we eventually asked for our check. Throughout this time, my water was never refilled. We left with takeout boxes of our food, realizing that sitting at the bar wasn’t the best choice. Overall, the food was good, but the bartender clearly needed assistance to handle the busy atmosphere.

Our server, Armadore, was incredibly laid back and exceptionally pleasant. He was a truly great guy who made us feel at ease, which was exactly what we needed after a busy weekend. My husband and I both ordered the BBQ brisket burger with broccoli. Since brisket is my absolute favorite meat, I can be quite particular about it. Oh. My. God. This brisket burger exceeded all my expectations! It was flavorful, juicy, filling, and simply amazing! It hit the spot perfectly. I've even started a list of places to get our favorite foods, and it's no surprise that Chili's is at the top for the best brisket burger. I also appreciated that the manager personally delivered our meal. Thank you to the staff at Chili's for making the end of our busy weekend so relaxed yet satisfying!

Terrible salad experience. I ordered a chicken crisper salad with extra avocado dressing, but the avocado was dark green and brown, and it was mushy—absolutely disgusting. The chicken had a stale taste, and I didn't even receive the extra dressing I paid $1.99 for. I won't be returning.

During my recent visit, I found the atmosphere and service to be below my usual expectations because the staff seemed quite overwhelmed. I observed two managers spending over 20 minutes engaged in conversation at one table while the hostess and the rest of the team struggled to handle the surge of customers. At one point, I noticed a server who was assigned to three separate tables, including two large tables of five and one table of four. I want to stress that this “triple seating” significantly detracts from the dining experience. It places an enormous amount of pressure on the server, which ultimately impacts their tips and results in long wait times for drinks. Overwhelming the staff like this is not beneficial for anyone involved, especially when it leads to 15-minute waits just to receive beverages.
