I was excited to have brunch here and I understand it's busy on Sundays. The hostess was a bit rude and seemed angry that we came back to check in our waiting period. We sat 3 minutes before brunch and were told that we could no longer order from the brunch menu, which was fine, the main menu food was still good. I usually do not write reviews, but really the need to mention that they have ordered us for drinks that we NOT have. We were a party of 5 and were calculated automatically. At the reception it said party of 10?! I did not go to a restaurant that calculates automatic satisfaction unless the party is larger than 6. The server has fixed the error and apologised. If we don't pay attention to the recipe, we would have paid 420 dollars instead of 216. This really caught me from the guard because it's my first time here. except that the food was great. I wish that would not have happened: it has killed the experience for us.
We had the best waitress, IZZY, who took care of us very efficiently, and always with a real smile on her face!!! We never had to wait a moment for service!!! FIVE STARS!!!!
We went to this restaurant for brunch with a reservation through Open Table. We were seated at the first bar inside the restaurant, which turned out to be a very busy area with a lot of guests and staff moving around. Our server came to take our drink order quickly, but then we didn't see them for about 10 minutes. I ended up going to the bar myself to get my drink, which had been sitting there. I ordered the patty melt cooked medium-well, but it came out dry and the rye bread was overly toasted. It seemed like they were short-staffed, as the manager and a busboy were also taking orders and trying to keep up. It appeared that customers on the patio were a priority over those inside. The interior of the restaurant could use some updating, as I noticed a lot of dust on the vents and fans above. The floor felt sticky, like a movie theater. The restaurant does have a lot of TVs both inside and outside, so it would probably be best described as a sports bar.
The restaurant was not very crowded, but had good social distancing measures in place. All staff members were wearing masks. The food was fantastic!
