Massive shout to Gilbert- he is the BEST at making sandwiches. I always know I’m going to get a good sandwich and a smile when he’s working. He also has the best personality in that kitchen- always smiling, laughing and talking makes these college days worth it. Thanks for hooking it up Gilbert ? View all feedback.

What Laura Read dislikes about Sun Devil Dining:
The food was just average and felt quite institutional. However, I have to commend the staff for being friendly and courteous. The portion sizes were quite small and frankly, ridiculous. The breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable, offering a wide variety of options for students. I hope they can maintain the quality of the food throughout the semester.

My son, who is 5'7" and only weighs 130 lbs, pointed out that it’s hard to ask for more when the menu advertises “all you can eat.” Plus, during our visit, they ran out of food and there was no one available to replenish it. If staffing is the problem, they should consider offering more work-study positions.

Ate breakfast at the Verde pavilion today. Great price and good selection. Open to the public. Don’t ruin it ?
