The staff were so kind to me w... read more I am 27 and just found out that I have a bad cows milk allergy. I forgot to mention it bc I am so used to being able to drink it. The staff were so kind to me when I realized my mistake after ordering, and made me a new one with almond milk. I really appreciated how nice the young guy who helped me was ?

She said, Well you come on the busiest days . Well if they are the busiest days, then make more boba on those days. Such poor management.

After walking out of the shop, I realized that my drink was not properly sealed so it’s spilling everywhere. The staff seemed to have an attitude and took out his frustration on making my drink.

I ordered lime majito and light sugar .. after first sip it was bitter and needed more sugar.. i asked them to add more sugar twice and they said they cant and “next time ask for more sugar when u order” !! I have no idea y they cant! And they didnt even offer to fix it by making another drink. I ended up asking for a refund! Will never go again
