Was Ashley Glenz at Sharetea a mag?
I am 27 and just found out that I have a bad cows milk allergy. I forgot to mention it bc I am so used to being able to drink it. The staff were so kind to me when I realized my mistake after ordering, and made me a new one with almond milk. I really appreciated how nice the young guy who helped me was ? View all feedback.

Worst customer service ever! Had bad first time experience! I ordered lime majito and light sugar .. after first sip it was bitter and needed more sugar.. i asked them to add more sugar twice and they said they cant and “next time ask for more sugar when u order” !! I have no idea y they cant! And they didnt even offer to fix it by making another drink. I ended up asking for a refund! Will never go again View all feedback.

The staff got my order wrong. I asked nicely, but he insisted that he had done it right. Finally redone my order. After walking out of the shop, I realized that my drink was not properly sealed so it’s spilling everywhere. The staff seemed to have an attitude and took out his frustration on making my drink.

Absolutely the worse customer service of any boba/cafe place. Been a long time customer since they 've open. I 've given them and 2nd and 3rd chance but this last time will be the last time. Went in and got a drink for my 3 yo son. After he drank part of it, he didn 't drink it anymore so he gave it to me to drink. I started to drink it and noticed it had no sweetener at all. This was unusual for him as usually he drinks much more of it. I brought it back and kindly asked for a re-make but was told because I drank nearly half of it, I couldn 't get a remake and this was corporate policy. I explained to them my son doesn 't talk enough yet to be able to tell me what 's wrong about it and I asked again to remake it despite this. Again they denied me request. I finally said I could just do a chargeback and to stop because I 'm being rude to the staff, but they 'll do this one time out of hospitality. I 'm sorry but hospitality would have been doing it the first time I asked. As they were remaking the drink, the staff started speaking a foreign language to each other... yup, very professional.On a prior occasion when I was handed a drink with boba when I didn 't ask for it, I was also met with same difficulty. It seems like whenever an order isn 't made correctly, I have to beg them to get it corrected. I think based on these experiences and multiple second chances , I will not be returning. Overall the employees are very rude and the place repeated prioritizes reducing less than $1 in costs rather than gaining/keeping repeat customers. This makes me sad because this was my favorite boba place when visiting Taiwan/hong Kong.
