One of the best chips and salsa in the valley. The taquitos were great. The chile rellenos amazing unlike anything I've ever had before. Would highly recommend it. My dad's favorite Mexican food in the valley. View all feedback.
What Lydia S doesn't like about Manuel’s Mexican Cantina Indian School:
I've been going to Manuel's for 25 years and it's usually my favorite restaurant. I haven't been in a while and this isn't the location I normally go to, but the portions have shrunk significantly. I got a small taco, half the size as normal. An enchilada that looked like it was maybe 75% the size it usually is. Then the rice. It was one small scoop. A huge blank spot was on my plate. Then it was almost $17. Ridiculo... View all feedback.
Caught a horrible stomach bug from this place but service was good. Still dealing with it today..
I was thirsty for some Sangia and tacos, no wine glass. In a big mug! It was so delicious and refreshing after working in my yard, all morning!Vegetarian options: Just asks what you want.Parking: Indian School areaKid-friendliness: Saw kids eating lunch.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there's room.
We were concerned when we got there and the parking lot was packed. But when we got inside there were plenty of tables and we were promptly seated. Apparently there was a lot of overflow parking for other places nearby. We placed our orders and the food arrived within a very reasonable time (I didn't time it, but it was certainly no longer than we would expect).Portions are large and the food is good quality and delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous. We will likely return another day if we are in the area and looking for dinner.
Typically we like this place pretty well. However we ordered a takeout order of two tacos with chips and salsa. I was surprised that the bill was over $15. On top of that the food was cold. Like I said typically we don't have a problem with this place but maybe they've changed management.
