What destiny Feeley doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This used to be my favorite Chipotle because of the food and the service. I was there twice this month and received the worst service both times by the same guy on the line. I believe his name is Adriel or something similar. Was very rude slamming our food and making a face to customers who would walk in the restaurant. Placed an online order and they gave me like half of the portion of rice that they usually do. they did it for one other bowl i ordered as well. it’s too expensive to be getting less than normal portions.
The person who was about to make my order scratched his head with his glove then grabbed my plate to begin my order I asked him to change his gloves and unless I asked he wasn’t go to do it.
I didn’t know chipotle had spinach???????? We asked for lettuce and got this. Plus a few GIANT pieces of gross lettuce. On top of our food being an hour behind.
Love ordering ahead and being able to quickly pick it up.
We’re now 2 for 2 recently getting an order wrong through online pickup. First time was skipping on a paid double protein, and this time they added a salsa that my wife is allergic to (she doesn’t get any salsa ever). Thankfully she checked it first, but slow down and do it right please.Dietary restrictions: Food allergy
