Brunch Snob - Phoenix

We finally got around to trying Brunch Snob this last weekend. It did NOT disappoint. The wait for a table was a little long, but well worth it. The only thing better than the food was the service. Every person that helped us was so friendly. During our meal, a little girl at the table next to ours accidentally broke her glass. A server immediately ran over and asked if she was okay before paying any attention to the mess. It was such a small act of kindness that really impressed us! Then another woman came over and told the little girl not to even worry. She jokingly said her servers break a glass a day. It was just so nice to see them both go out of their way to make this kid feel better. The food was absolutely amazing. They had the classics but also had some super interesting selections! It was hard to pick just one. We will definitely be back! Thank you all!

I wouldn 't recommend this place. My family was visiting from out of town so I called a month in advance to see if they would take reservations. They confirmed they would after the person on the phone confirmed with someone, I 'm assuming in management. I called twice to reconfirm, including week of, and even lowered the number of ppl to respect the restaurant. They confirmed both times and had my number so they could of called me at any point to tell me they don 't do reservations. Show up the day of to them telling me that they don 't take reservations and will not honor it, but I could see my name, phone number, and number of ppl written right on the piece of paper at the host stand not to mention the numerous communications. They were busy and tried to tell me it would be a 2 hour wait. I told the hostess this was unacceptable and to get the manager. The manager was rude and not apologetic for the confusion they themselves caused. I eventually had to speak to the owner. Then the hostess 's mom came up and verbally yelled at me and my family for being rude to her daughter, which I wasn 't, and tried to force me to apologize.(And no her mom doesn 't work there). There also was a brawl on the patio that day separate from my party. I wasn 't going to post this but I guess a manager was running her mouth about this at another establishment while drinking saying I lied (when I 100% didn 't) and friends told me about it. So now there is a review. This place weirdly starts drama with customers and I would not touch it with a 10 ft pole. Managers should probably be retrained on store processes and customer relations as they do not appear to know how to effectively manage staff or customer relations.

Great selection, huge portions for the price, love this place! Sadly we are touring here and will miss it.

I ordered the Monte Cristio sandwich with the spicy potatoes. It was DELICIOUS. I never heard of it nor had one before so this was a very pleasant surprise. The service was great and the food doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I recommend.

Split an entree and appetizer for brunch and it was plenty of food. It was very good but comparing it to same type of places where we are from expected the food to be a little better. However it was very good.
