The restaurant charges a cover fee per person at the door. I had planned to bring my family for a meal, which would have cost more than just the cover fee. However, they disregarded my inquiry for a table and treated us as if we were just regular bar patrons. A Nice view sky bar in Phnom Penh with friendly staffs
This restaurant is lovely with delicious food and excellent service. It's definitely my favorite spot to dine.
