And it truly didn’t disappoint! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect: the warm ambience, the attentive service, and of course, the breathtaking view. We were greeted with a complimentary amuse-bouche and a welcome cocktail, both beautifully presented and absolutely delightful. For starters, we ordered half a dozen oysters, pan-seared foie gras, and lobster croquettes. The oysters were incredibly fresh, but the star of the evening was definitely the foie gras — rich, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth perfection. For our mains, we had the Japanese tenderloin steak and handmade pappardelle pasta with lobster. The steak was tender, though I found the flavor a little underwhelming. On the other hand, the pappardelle was a dream — silky smooth and paired wonderfully with the lobster. As for the lobster croquettes, they were okay, but not something I’d personally recommend. To top it off, the restaurant surprised me with a complimentary cheesecake for my birthday. It was so lovely — light, creamy, and I could’ve easily finished the whole thing myself! Overall, we had such a pleasant and memorable evening. I’d absolutely come back again for another special occasion. The... read more This was the best restaurant I’ve ever stayed at. The service was exceptional. The bedside manner was beautiful and then the food came, which was five star. The staff was super attentive. I would 100% tell someone to come back here as it was such an experience. I was staying at the hotel Rosewood, but had no idea that a hotel restaurant could be so spectacular. I was visiting from New York City so I have very high standards and I’ve had many steakhouses, but this was above and beyond. Our server was Mr. Sochea. He was so lovely and happy and attentive.
