The food is very good, it's not cheap! Staff is great. It is particularly worthwhile when it's a deal, like Easter lunch buffet, but note water doesn't appear to be included in any package. The views from the 35th floor are amazing. It's a good place for a treat. You need to dress neatly. View all feedback.

Very Luxury restaurant and great service. The views very nice at night. Food is yummy but it’s warm not hot and the rice we got almost cool already which should not happen like this with 5 stars restaurant. Not a nice experience at parking lounge and my friend told me if we went to restaurant inside Vattanac Tower will get a stamp card and free parking which I didn’t get it. View all feedback.
Excellent service and high quality food ingredients
The restaurant is located on the 35th floor of the Vattanac building. We can eat delicious food together with the surroundings of Phnom Penh. I felt good and relaxed when I arrived. Test your experience.
Great view from 35. Stock with a great environment, and the food is beautiful.
