Very friendly and smiley staffs at the hotel. Some can converse in english as well. Room is very spacious, pretty and clean. Definitely deserves to be a 5 star resort! Would definitely return if i have the chance again! The resort is in nature itself, therefore, do expect insects and bugs in the room.
