Their shrimp plate and fried haddock were also delicious! The surroundings were great as well!

T... read more Wow I came to Maine for yummy lobster wasn’t disappointed with this establishment. Our server Amanda was a pleasure to see every morning took good care of us. The lobster omelet was a first for me, very good with big chunks of meat creamy cheese. The steamed lobster dinner hit the spot, thank you Kate for your service interesting conversation about your home state of Michigan.

The Pilot House is literally THE BEST fine dining... read more My sister and her hubby took us out for a special “Thank You” dinner last night to the gem of mid coast Maine. The Pilot House is literally THE BEST fine dining experience in MAINE!!!!!! The view is spectacular (and what you would hope for from a restaurant on Casco Bay). We have dined here before in previous years but we were amazed by the upgrades! The food was, beyond extraordinary. During our amazing dinner we learned that the Culinary Program had completely changed over which meant their staff, their recipes, their enthusiasm and their attitude were not only renewed! but recharged! The Dining Room Manager, Rob, was so proud of his restaurant and staff that I made a mental note to myself that I had to review this amazing gem! All safety protocols were embraced and being able to SAFELY eat out at a wonderful resort in their premiere restaurant was a treat on soooooo many levels! THANK YOU SEBASCO!!!! But the footnote to all of this is...THE FOOD!! Pure perfection...(photos included below)
