The two gentlemen working tonight August 15th have been some of the best and kindest subway workers I have seen in a long time. They did extremely well and while the sandwiches weren't the fastest I had ever seen their personalities shown through and made the wait well worth it. It would do well for more managers to remember that speed can be sacrificed for friendliness and confidence. View all feedback.
What I TRY doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered two dozen cookies 12 hours in advance thinking surely with a full day of business to prepare they’d be able to complete my order, right? Oh I could not be more mistaken. When I show up to the location I get told by the store manager, Kylie, that she had sold the cookies to someone else in spite of the fact that my order was already made and paid for, so to say I was frustrated would be an understatement. I am going to have to agree with I try. There are problems with in stores and while not the fault of Subway's product itself yet with the staff, managers and owners of these franchises.I try ordered and paid in advance for 2 dozen cookies and that is not cheap. Yet staff have no incentive to do better. For one the hourly wage is low. Yet this is a skilled or I should say trained position that most people with a couple weeks can be trained to do. Its not super hard work either. Yet people expect more money. The labor pool is super small and once you run out you are stuck with the young and do not care at all about their jobs attitude. Subway is a franchise. I try should really find out who owns this store and speak to them directly, unless its owned by a group and I hate these groups because they have zero accountability of these stores other than firing the general manager. It appears that the owner could careless about the reviews, this is because reviews will not hamper the sales the least amount. These small towns sales are quite steady. Wages are up to the franchise owners and they could stand to pay people a living wage. How much you want to bet that if you double that person wage the manager would have not sold off someone's order and had taken the time to put some more in the oven. FFS these are pre made cookies that you just have to put in the oven. The only challenge subways has now is using the overpriced slicers. Lets just hope they know how to clean them. Lets be violent and make sure when we visit subway we ask them if they have cleaned the machine per the instructions and where the instructions are. If they can not find the instructions then bail on the store. Next time I am near a subway I am going to pop in and ask them if they have cleaned their machines and where their instructions are.
Good service, fresh food. They really tried to provide the best experience besides being overwhelmed with drive through and walk in customers.

What even is the point of ordering in advance if they’ll just sell it to someone else? Personally I can’t say I will be giving them any patronage for a long while.
