Subway - Philippi

I have been trying to get a meatball sub at this restaurant for the last 3 months, but they only offer it for lunch or breakfast, not for dinner. When I ordered it through the app and paid for it, I waited 10 minutes past the pick-up time before they told me they were out of meatballs and couldn't make my sandwich. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I just have to say that the manager did an amazing job of taking care of me and my friends this afternoon. The bread for my turkey sandwich was incredibly fresh! My friend loved her dish as well, and what made it even better was the perfect balance of flavors in every bite, which is a rare find. I would definitely dine here again, 10/10!

We ordered two meals and three cookies using the subway app this evening. I ordered a turkey bacon guacamole wrap and it arrived with no cheese and no guacamole. My fiance ordered a sub with double meat and we were not given that either. To top it all off we only received one of the three cookies. When he asked for a refund my fiance was told they couldn't do that but they could give us extra chips. Absolutely unacceptable service.
