I had heard great things about Vedge, so I decided to give it a try while we were in Philadelphia for a special occasion. It was absolutely fantastic! We were fortunate to have the most charming and well-known server, and the food was simply excellent. It was creative, unexpected, beautifully presented, and delicious! What User doesn't like about Vedge:
Food very small portions of tasty quality fare but.... Noise levels above reason with no attempts in decor to soften acoustics, and that 's with ample empty tables. Service sullen and completely incorrect. Pleasant bar service but reception, food runners and server sullen and unwilling to assist first time guest navigate menu. Upscale vegan restaurant with interesting and tasty selections. The waitstaff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The building appears to be an attractive home converted into a restaurant. My only complaint is that the acoustics are such that noise is amplified.
One of the best if not the best vegan place in Philly
Amazing food! It's definitely on the expensive side since you'll need 2 (or maybe 3) plates per person but the food is really unique. Even my friends who weren't vegan absolutely loved the food. Highly recommend to everyone!
My sister's first visit to Philly, really wanted to eat here and was not disappointed! Best healthy vegan food ever!
Hands down the BEST restaurant in the country for vegan food. Presentation and flavors are amazing. Second time dining at Vedge when visiting Philadelphia. I am not a vegan but absolutely delicious food! HIGHLY recommended!
