Ask for extra crispy, they 're happy to adjust for you. Customer service was easily 5-stars too. Chris was behind the reg and was a great face to represent the SquareBurger. Nelson was cooking that night and did an amazing job. We finished our fries and Pumpkin Spice Milkshake then went back for another bucket of fries! We 'll be back for sure. (If you go now for the Franklin Square Holiday Festival , you can eat and drink by one of many fire pits and enjoy a ligth show every 30 minutes)
