This restaurant has a good location and the employees are always very polite, especially the blonde woman working in the morning. They make sure your order is ready before you sit down. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The service at this restaurant was disappointing. My avocado protein sandwich was missing the protein and my heifer flakes were served without strawberry. Additionally, they forgot to bring my coffee, leaving me waiting for 20 minutes until they finally replaced it. It seemed like no one working there really cared about the mistakes. View all feedback.
This is a bustling spot with laid-back music playing in the background. It's great for studying and unwinding. The food focuses on health with no junk food on the menu. They offer sandwiches, bread bowls, and a wide selection of juices. Despite having only two locations in the city, the service is very efficient.
My order took almost an hour to be prepared - my delivery person was waiting at Panera Bread for at least 30 minutes for my order. Keep in mind that Panera Bread is considered fast food, so I could have dined in a restaurant and left in a shorter amount of time. When the food finally arrived, the panini was mostly bread with very few toppings, hardly qualifying as a sandwich. Additionally, the food was cold upon arrival. I highly recommend avoiding this Panera location, especially when ordering through DoorDash. Hopefully, their in-person service is faster and of higher quality. If not, I am unsure how they are still in business.

While the coffee may not be the best, the unlimited sips club offer is a great deal. The downside is that there can be a wait if you don't preorder, and later in the day the cleanliness may not be up to par. The bathrooms, in particular, can be dirty. Parking is available directly on the road or you can park on 12th Street if you take a taxi.
The broccoli and cheddar soup arrived hot, which was a nice touch. However, the Turkey Bacon Bravo was disappointing as it was missing the signature sauce that typically makes the sandwich. As a result, it was extremely dry.
The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Creamy Tomato Soup was delicious! However, the chicken noodle soup was a bit lackluster. Unfortunately, there were no plastic utensils or napkins provided.
