OMG Simply delicious absolutely the best Birthday ever. Old fashion bakery no preservative no more super market cakes for me and my household. Try them they are the best original owners

Not like it used to be I had the pineapple upside down cake it wasn't fresh you can tell it was sitting for a few dayssss. One of the girls there had the slightest idea what kind of cake was on display and she said she really didn't care because she don't eat it. they have the worst attitude ever I promise I will never return there

The lady was very nice. We had a conversation about my birthstone necklace and she was so knowledgeable. She gave me a good suggestion for my daughter's cake and we worked together to my satisfaction. I love Oteri's and will always use them for my bakery needs.

This is my second time ordering for my daughters' bday party. I am so pleased with what I chose and the help from the staff. They are awesome plus I always have to leave with a little snack for me and the hubby. So good

I stopped in to get my daughter a 9 inch Strawberry shortcake. The young lady got one out of the fridge wrote what I wanted on it. It presented ok. When we cut the cake however we were very disappointed. The icing was butter cream not whipped, the cake itself was dry and clearly old. The strawberry filling was also dry with the strawberries going bad. The icing dry cake made inedible. The taste was not pleasant. The strawberries on top of the cake were fresh but not in the cake. We called we told to bring the cake back. I will edit my post once that interaction takes place. It definitely was not worth $34.Update: I was issues a full refund for the cake when I took it back. . The lady said she cut a couple of other cakes found the same issue. The cake icing was too dense, not how a the cake should be.
