The birria and fish tacos were delicious. Just a heads up about the Spark Plug and Hook a Looie cocktails—they're incredibly spicy! I love spicy food, but those were on a whole new level. If they were toned down by about 50%, they would be much more enjoyable. If you're in the city, Tacos is definitely worth a visit!
The restaurant is situated in a repurposed old Jiffy Lube and offers an eclectic menu. The cucumber appetizer was both vegan and delicious, while the kartoffel tacos were adjusted to be vegan and absolutely tasty! My friend ordered the Caesar salad and the quesabirria tacos and really enjoyed both! I took home the General Tso’s tofu, which was also great—crispy and well-roasted. We had a wonderfully pleasant evening sitting outside under an umbrella, with surprisingly comfortable metal chairs. They also have a happy hour on Sundays!
I enjoyed everything we ordered, but the Bao-Backs and Birra-Tacos were definitely the highlights! The cocktails were fantastic too.
Really cooler place with a unique atmosphere and kitchen. we ordered quite everything on the menu and loved most of it. my personal favorites were the birria tacos and the garnel blacker bohnen tostadas. the personal was cool and there were also good drinking possibilities. great casual dinner or happy hour spot.
Went here on a Sunday evening and it wasn't too busy. It was a good experience! We started off with the Chicharons... the sauce underneath was delicious. They were still sizzling when they came out. So good. Elote was super good as well, again the sauce made it that much better. Chicken tacos with the pineapple was good but something flavor wise was missing for me, same with the birria tacos. The wontons that came with the ceviche were so good, we got 2 orders just for more wontons. The bao buns were good. The fried chicken was crispy and REALLY SPICY. You will need lots of water lol . The matcha tres leches was a little dry but delish. We got 2 drinks that I cant remember the names of and we really enjoyed them both.
