We spent the weekend in Philly for the first time! The brunch menu had few options wished, there were more, but not bad options either. Our waitress Hannah was attentive, friendly, courteous and answered all our questions! The outdoor restaurant and furnished was a beautiful place to enjoy the city. Definitely recommend! Our server was attentive but had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Maybe it was an off night for him? I don’t know how else to describe his demeanor. Our table unanimously agreed he must just hate his job. It wasn’t very busy but he seemed overwhelmed and struggled to keep on top of things. For the price Id at least hope they cover the Chicken Parmigiana with cheese. Everything was very mediocre. You can probably make better pasta at home.
Penne vodka was not good. No flavor, just spice. Sauce consistency was off.
Manager was super sweet accommodating our seafood tower they were out of lobster, he gave us extra crab.
The scenery was pleasant and the bartender was pleasant. I loved the outdoor seating. The waitress (whatever was name was) was not as present as most waitresses/waiters I have ever witnessed. She also didn't split the checks correctly. The food wasn't noteworthy and my party complained that the food was under seasoned.
I love the brunch food is delicious Italian cuisine.
