Fado Irish Pub - Philadelphia

I can't understand why some people have had negative experiences here. Everyone, from the hostess to the server, was really friendly. The food was fresh, delicious and the portions were huge.

My friends and I went to dinner and trivia night. We had a 7:30pm reservation, started with drinks, and as it got closer to 8pm, the trivia began.

Fado is a great spot for dinner and trivia on a weeknight, earning 4 stars. However, for a weekend trip, I would only give it 2 stars. Overall, my review would be mixed.

Fado offers tasty bar food with a newer menu featuring unique Irish options. The service is consistently good and the venue is well-maintained. They show a variety of Irish/English soccer, rugby, and GAA games at affordable prices. The selection of draught beers is typical and prices are average for a downtown location.

I have been here for many years – especially in the morning for uefa champions League games, late in the night to friends and in the middle of the day to lunch with family – and it is always wonderful. they have a great choice of international beer and eat good. the mood is warm and friendly as and irish pub should be. I love coming here and looking forward to the next time.
