I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone at reception to assist us, only to find out they were on a smoke break. When we finally got to the room, it was in terrible condition. The sofas and carpets were stained, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable—just a thin mattress that didn’t provide any support. We felt dirty the entire time we were there. Thankfully, it was only for one night, and the highlight of our stay wa... View all feedback.

The first room the front desk gave us reeked of oder all kinds mold, musk, people, etc. The floors looked like they had red juice throwing party it was flat out Disgusting. I ask the front desk if they had a better room. Which she did give me. It was a lot better. However they had a rolling chair on a slippery floor the chair slid from under me. Trying to catch myself my arm got caught on the desk/table I fell on the floor and hit my head. Ouch. As if that wasn't enough. I sat on the foot of the bed and the whole bed flipped up and me on the floor. And I'm not a big woman at all, I'm 5.5 147lbs. I told the front desk upon leaving they laughed it off. I suppose this is the sort of thing that happens often there. Sorry but it's no go for me.
When we arrived the hotel smelled like Marijuana and something else I can't describe it didn't smell fresh, mind you I have 2 kids, the lady was rude upon check in, the room wasn't what I paid for, it was dirty and we didn't feel safe, the microwave did not work, their was no utensils, pot's, pan's nothing which in the past when I get rooms equipped with a full kitchen those things are provided, no cups or coffee no plates. The pictures of hotel are deceiving online, we ended up checking out the very next day and found something way better. The hotel manager was also rude apon check out and acted like she didn't even care that we were leaving. Also someone called to check on us from hotel and told us she recommends us to stay else where next time she apologized and said she would talk to those folks. I was pleased to hear that much but if a manager recommends a better hotel then you know something is wrong. First time in Philly and it was a disaster. Let alone we were their for a funeral.
Our plane flight was canceled in Philadelphia, nso we had to find a hotel quickly, nThank God for Extended Stay Hotel. .6 miles away from Airport. They were so nice to hold a room for us. The women behind counter was very friendly nand even gave us a card for Taxi nDriver name Tony , Who was Great by the way . nWe only stayed for 1 night. nWhen we were in need nExtended Stay came through for us. Thank You.
Don't get tricked by this place. They totally misled us on park and fly. We're screwed. Kelly Warren at the front desk is too afraid to call her manager, Aswani Kakide, on a Saturday at 5 pm to straighten it out. She couldn't care less. No manager on Saturday night at an airport hotel. Guest services is closed on weekends. They promised breakfast and grab n go. No breakfast. Grab n go is nothing but coffee, granola bars and muffins. Have to pay for breakfast at the airport, I guess. Whoops, no shuttle. Room's ok, but the lobby decor is pure Edgar Allen Poe. They pulled out all the carpet, chairs, couches, and tables to prevent Covid. Or maybe just to avoid cleaning up behind a breakfast you won't get. Work out your frustration in the tiny fitness center. You'd better be into Nordic track, though, since they took out all the weights and equipment. Covid, right? Never again. Find an honest and caring place. This one's just cold and creepy.
