Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

My order was incorrect, the food was cold, and the chicken was of poor quality. I do not recommend ordering from City Ave.

I typically don't write reviews, but I have had consistent issues every time I've ordered from this restaurant. Something has always been wrong or items have been missing from my order. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

A gentleman held the door for us when we entered and when we left. The food was excellent! The atmosphere was bright and very clean. There are outdoor seating options, but it started to rain when we were leaving.

The girl in the kitchen is very loud and unhelpful to her coworkers, which creates a tense atmosphere. You can see the irritation on everyone's faces when they try to communicate with her. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, and new management is definitely needed.

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was incredibly inconvenient. There were six staff members present, yet only one was taking orders, preparing meals, and checking in on customers. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they were out of half the items on the menu but still charged me full price. This place shouldn't even be associated with Chipotle. It would be embarrassing to call it a restaurant.
