Chick-fil-a - Philadelphia

I don't ever leave Facebook reviews for a fast food restaurant but I feel as though I needed to for this Chic-fil-a. I come to this location pretty regularly--at least a couple times a month and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is truly outstanding here. I'm always greeted with a smile and asked how I'm doing. They come around to make sure every thing is okay and if they can get me anything. I've never experienced such excellent service. I know how tough working in the food industry can be so wanted to let the staff here know that they do an amazing job and all with a smile on their faces. Thank you for your fantastic service all the time!

The staff at Whitman Square are the best. When I take my grandkids there, who are 1 and 4 they go above and beyond to help me in any way they can. They always are polite and always have a smile on their faces. Thanks for hiring staff who truly love their jobs and strive to do their best.

I made a terrible mistake and ordered a treat from the location near my work in Jersey. I came into the Whitman Square location and Tabatha worked to get my order fixed and comped. Another reason why Chick Fil-A is the only 'fast food ' restaurant I go to. Excellent job and service.

Best fast food franchise in NE Philly with the friendliest service and always perfect Chicken Sandwiches....not to mention their dynamite Market Salads and great Milk Shakes! Forever a total joy to dine here with each visit! : <3 <3 <3 <3

Today about 1:30 I took my 4 year son dressed up for Cow appreciation day and I was amazed at how well the event was run. I truly don't think any other store could do what they did. When we came there the line was out the door and I was a little alarmed. But we spent less than 5 minutes in line and had our food in under 10. The food was fresh the regular delicious quality we are used to and we had a clean booth to sit in, all the condiments were stocked, the bathroom was clean and the servers were still as friendly as possible talking to my son and telling him they liked his outfit and still offering refills there must have been a gazillion other freeloaders ; or fans like myself who were there getting free food and they still just did everything with a smiles on their faces that looked genuine. It was amazing and i'm super impressed. We love our Chick-fil-A and we are so grateful for today and for the fun summer memory for my little one , Thank you Chick-fil-A!!
