I had a delightful quick breakfast experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, with a wonderful variety to choose from, and the presentation was top-notch. The staff was fantastic, always attentive and ready to assist with any needs. View all feedback.
What Asanda Butler doesn't like about Au Bon Pain:
This place needs leadership. Employees stand around behind the line while the unattended register line gets longer. Employee eating behind the line. I saw a cell phone laying in a food preparation surface. Lackadaisical. View all feedback.
Had some sandwiches. A sandwich had not advertised the tomatoes as we had to ask for tomatoes. Not a big deal, but the person could have been more pleasant. Could be said, oh God I'm sorry, not to say anything. Otherwise try. I'd be out of 4-5 with them if nothing went wrong or if the person had said something when you get tomatoes.

Only good thing about is it's an au bon pain. The employees all had an attitude because I bothered them at work. Won't return and recommend you stay away.
We were stuck in the airport for about 4 hours (multiple delays) so I decided to get something to eat. Turkey club was just OK. I wouldn't get it again and I barely ate half. The bread seemed stale. I wouldn't eat here again. I would just get snacks and eat those or try out a different restaurant.
Just rude customer service at the Philadelphia Airport Location. Asked for a toasted Asiago bagel, and the woman waved her hands around, looks at me with one of the most condescending looks I’ve received from a service person and says, “we don’t got no bagels.” The way that she said it made it sound like I’d asked to ride a unicorn, like it was so improbable for it to be possible. Mind you, there’s bagels in the grab and go display case, there’s bagel sandwiches advertised behind the sandwich counter, and I’ve literally gotten that same exact order at every Au Bon Pain I’ve been to. It’s the only thing I eat there. I had already grabbed a soup to try before asking about the bagel, or else I would’ve walked out with nothing. Honestly made me feel embarrassed for even asking the question. Soup wasn’t good either, just FYI. Bland tomato bisque.
