Great spot, spacious, lots of seating. They have delicious vegan pancakes as well as savoury dishes like stuffed peppers and their veggie burger which is very good and rich. Their dishes are very big (other than the stuffed pepper from my experience) and you will take leftovers home. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Le Bus:
when I went to brunch (juni 2021), there were very few vegan options. they can get a veggie chili without cheese (very bland), mushroom soup without cream, or gazpacho. that's it. fresh bread was made with the meal that was really delicious. it looks like they have at a certain point real vegan options, but not now updated by previous review on 2021-06-13 View all feedback.
Delicious food and attentive staff. Will stop back again.
The bread was delicious, but unfortunately none of the pastries were labeled as vegan. I decided to try the mushroom soup, which was good but not exceptional. It was one of the limited options available, so I chose to go with it.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! While they do offer some vegan options, it is appalling that they serve "Faroe Island salmon" as a menu item, considering the horrific practices involved in obtaining it. Last summer, 1400 dolphins, including mothers and babies, were slaughtered on a Faroe Island beach in a brutal and senseless manner. The footage of the slaughter shows the animals suffering as they witness their family members being killed around them. This barbaric tradition also extends to the killing of hundreds of pilot whales each year, despite the fact that much of the meat is tainted and inedible. Supporting this restaurant or any establishment that condones such practices goes against anyone who cares about animals or the environment.
During my brunch visit in June 2021, I found that there were limited vegan options available. The choices consisted of a bland veggie chili without cheese, mushroom soup without cream, or gazpacho. The only highlight was the fresh bread that came with the meal, which was delicious. It appears that there were more vegan options offered in the past, but unfortunately not during my visit.
Don't eat them here! this place has a few vegan options, but it’s terrible that they specifically serve “Faroe island salmon” as a deer, as if it were a desirable thing. last summer, in the Faroe Islands 1400 dolphins, a whole superpod of dolphins including mothers and babies were slaughtered on a day on a **** beach. an invaluable loss of biodiversity and family ties. a really senseless and slow battle with measurable on the beach. video shows the animals that suffer. they are very social animals and saw their family killed around them. unbelievable about worte. they also kill every year pilot whales around the hundreds. they can't even eat a lot of them. the flesh is stained. it is a barbaric tradition and its fishing, and those who support their fishing should not be supported by anyone who cares about animals or the planets.
