Waffle House - Phenix City

We love Waffle House! Many cars there. Sat at the bar, but had a long wait for service they were shorthanded and very busy. The Expediter, Joy, kept things going. Our waitress, Unique, kept tabs on us during cleaning tables, storage and delivery of other orders. When our food arrived, I sent the eggs back to recover, but the rest was delicious!!! You have our meals because of the long waiting period. We paid that kindness forward.

We ate there and took orders. The staff was very friendly, the food was fast and delicious. Very recommended!

Dinner and a show, but show was longer. 2 ladies 1 came again at 4:00 and got our food at 5:00. Our order was one of the first but forget about more than once very stressful night for the staff and did not tell us that they were from what we wanted until the 30 min brand. We asked for Sirup n cutlery for my waffle that she sown, but forgot. I was told that we couldn't eat, but not all our food was done, but n had to wait half an hour, so I didn't want it to end cold to find syrup on a table and just eat it with my hand. Eating tasted amazing and the girls began to argue and tea was spilled, so it kept us for a little chat, but we got sick to wait and asked for a refund after resistance to go back several times like the other customers, but then the worker said they couldn't handle it. We finally got our last meal, as we didn't get a refund and also tasted amazingly, but then they tried to recharge us because both girls were all confused, wouldn't go back at 4 a.m., but was again an interesting Lil

The food was great. Never understated. The staff that worked was really nice and deserves tip.

Hands down the best Waffle House I have ever had!! Every time we come the meal is hot, the customer service is on point, and it’s clean! My husband and I will drive pass like 4 other waffle houses just to come to this one! Everyone is so friendly too!
