This place is going downhill fast. Needs a change in management. Rude service, out of everything all the time (I think they really are just too lazy to make anything outside of standard bone in chicken and tenders. Waited 30 minutes to receive chicken with the skin torn off.

Food and service was better than in my own city. Keep up the good

Had a cashier tell me she didn't have time to add an item to my order when I was at the window because the line was kind of long I ordered it at the speaker, she just didn't hear it) so I had to get back in the damn line just to get the item she didn't hear me order in the first place and I only did it because it was for my son. I say get out of customer service if you can't treat the customers right.

Had to wait 10 minutes on an online order that had been placed 15-20 minutes earlier. But food was good and order was correct.
