If you are trying to get people to come and try your food, then don’t close it for private events. You should still offer to go services at least. It seemed like they closed for their own family event. You need consistency in your hours of operations, another suggestion is to have your gathering outside of the regular operating hours.
Everything is overpriced, the staff was also very rude to me for no reason. Don’t really recommend Service: Take out Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
My son Ricky had seen Snowbite on Tik Tok! This was a must for him, and he tried a potato and cheese Korean Corndog with a cheesecake boba drink! Food was absolutely amazing and the service was phenomenal! I definitely encourage everyone to come try their food! Snow Bite even has a “Books and Boba” corner where you can read while you are here! If you have books that you no longer need please donate them here!!! We will certainly be back soon! Thanks Snowbite!
Finally an authentic Asian restaurant in the valley. Everything has a home cooked feel to it and flavors are on point! We started off with the dumplings and spring roll. Both were delicious but the dumplings stood out because of the complex flavors. You get a little bit of spicy but sweet sauce covering deliciously handmade dumplings. It just makes you want to eat more. We also got the firecracker shrimp, which actually had more of a spicy kick than the dumplings. The sauces make the shrimp really tasty. For my entree, I had to try the fried rice. Listen, if you've never had anything other than valley fried rice, this will blow you away. Instead of drowning it soy sauce, this restaurant actually uses seasonings to enhance the flavor. So you end up with a fried rice that smells and tastes amazing. I will say, they could enhance the flavors even more and use a larger egg. However, it was made pretty well. Pricing is mixed. Appetizers are priced way too high. Spring rolls are $7 for three. Five dumplings for $7.25. Five tempura shrimps for $8.50. The only unique item is the dumplings. Everything else, you can get at other restaurants for cheaper. Going over to the entrees, I think they're priced well. They're all around $15 and you get good portion sizes. I will briefly mention service since it seems to be the one detractor on other reviews. We came in closer to closing. But our waitress was still patient and took our orders normally. It did take a while for someone to come but the service was not as bad as I've seen in other reviews. Overall, this place is a breath of fresh air that offers delicious authentic food. I do wish appetizers would be a bit cheaper but I'll come back to try the entrees.
The food was ok (I only had the beef pho) but the server kept getting my order wrong and by the 3rd time I corrected her she confronted me and then went to the back to fix my order after that the rest of the staff kept giving me a weird look and made me feel uncomfortable. I personally wouldn't go back, if you still want to try it I'd recommend ordering online and picking it up Meal type: Lunch
Nestled in the heart of the valley, Snowbite has emerged as a must-visit for vegan enthusiasts. Diners rave about the delightful and consistently flavorful offerings, with standout dishes like the crispy tostadas topped with greens and tofu, and the refreshing tofu cold noodle salad. The menu is thoughtfully crafted, ensuring meals are perfectly spiced without excessive saltiness. Guests particularly appreciate the fresh salad accompaniments, making healthy eating a pleasure. Though occasional large parties may result in reduced availability, the overall dining experience at Snowbite leaves patrons eager to return and explore more of its culinary gems.

I purchased a small meal bowl for $11.99 and requested chili and soy sauce for my bowl. They informed me that the sauces would cost an additional $1.49. I was taken aback as I had visited this restaurant just a month ago and the sauces were provided for free. Now, charging $1.49 for something so inexpensive made me question the value. I could easily go to Panda Express and get it for free. The employee explained that it was a new policy due to people taking advantage of the free sauces. It's not about being frugal, it's about the principle. This will be my last time here, despite having been a repeat customer in the past.
Boba Stop is a great spot for brunch! The food and drinks are a bit pricey, but delicious.
The service at this restaurant has been good so far. However, there is room for improvement.
She was empty I thought great I would be great amazing service since I am the only customer when the waitress the imperial rider rice and tamarinden wings, the rice well portion and price, the wings were very small hardly meat, the taste of the sauce was good, I tend to see alone to enjoy myself, still reception was bad I could ask all on my private phone. negative effect of eating alone, I asked for hot oil sauce and she gave a portion not yet informed me that there was an additional fee, my total was 23. 92 without drinking or drinking/ I had water.
Taro Dalgona and Thai tea w boba in the photo. I've been to this place twice and they don't disappoint. Their tapioca pearls are consistent in texture so you won't get soggy boba. Their taro dalgona is honestly my favorite, it's mostly coconut milk with a thick creamy taro that I love. I have yet to try their food, but I'm hoping to do so soon. Their customer service is also impeccable !

Best pho in the valley!!!! Its so flavorful by its self. Had the beef bahn mi a d it was warm with a crunch from the bread. The pork eggs rolls were great too with the sweet sauce. The salmon glaze bowl was cooked so good the fish was melting in my mouthand finishing with the seared glaze taste was heaven! Thai tea is the best i have had in the valley. I finally found my go toVietnamese fix spot. I will come back and try more. Thank you SnowBite!

I really enjoy the vegan choices and the consistently delicious food at this restaurant. The vegan soy sauce is excellent! I have tried all of the vegan dishes and my favorite is the tofu cold noodle salad. My only issue is that there have been occasions when I couldn't dine there because they were hosting large groups.
My husband ordered the vegan noodle bowl and thought it was excellent. It was packed with flavor but not too salty. I opted for the vegan bahn hoi, which came with a generous portion of fresh lettuce leaves. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a delicious and healthy meal option while on the road.
I got the Thai Tea with Almond Milk and I brought my own straw I also had the Tofu Spring Rolls and the Tofu Bahn Mi both were great!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Snowbite. By chance, we discovered this hidden gem while searching for a new restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious tostadas, crispy wonton topped with greens and tofu, and the flavorful fried tofu rice that my husband ordered. The spring rolls we shared were also delicious. The dishes were all perfectly seasoned. We are already making plans to return to Snowbite before we leave the valley.
