However, today they asked me to provide my credit card number over the phone, which made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t understand why they need my phone number if they’re also requesting my card information in this way. Unless they change this policy, I won’t be ordering from them again. Service: Takeout.

Now, when you place an order over the phone, you have to provide your financial information, which doesn't feel very secure. In all restaurants and stores, there's a link for ordering where you can enter your account number yourself. What they're doing isn't good, and they will lose customers. At least here, there are five of us who used to order over the phone and pay when picking up the food.
