I visited Chick-fil-A for the first time, but my experience wasn't great. When my drink ran out, I approached the counter to ask for a refill, but nobody offered to assist me. I ended up waiting there for about 10 minutes, and there was a line of people behind me who also wanted refills. It was quite frustrating until finally someone came to help us! View all feedback.

I understand it’s 9 am and people are tired but they got my order wrong. They gave me someone else’s order. I went inside they gave me my order and I left, I came home and they forgot the cheese in my order and they charged me for it. I’ve been craving the breakfast with cheese for a while. I LOVE this Chick-Fil-A location. They're the best in the valley in my opinion. I always encounter friendly staff and my mobile order is always done correctly! Thank you for making this such a great location.
It went nice pretty fast when my son I took a picture with Santa Claus. We were greeted friendly by the staff. We enjoyed the food atmosphere. He got a pic with the famous cow as well. It's a great event to have every year!
