What User likes about Chong Fah:
amazing eating and even better in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere! no filter on the pics, only slight rearrangement for photogenic purposes: cheese dumplings with sweet chili, garnel cake with sweet plum sauce, mango sticky rice piña colada in an actual cocosnus. no filter necessary, really! portions are on the smaller side, but I personally do not make it out to me. What User doesn't like about Chong Fah:
Good food (but small portions) and an excellent view. Staff is slow, do not follow up on tables and orders get mixed up. Want another glass? Order 20 min ahead. Ask for that drink after 10 min, and receive two drinks. View all feedback.

As for an earlier comment that the prices were nearly Thai prices ... Absolutely not! 150 baht is the average meal price here. Taste is ok. I have lived in Thailand 2 years.. This place is average food with higher prices.. But.. It 's on the coast. In low season the weather is bad.. We are here house hunting.. So the beaches here are almost all gone and high waves. Not a great Thai holiday location because of the season.

Lovely cool breeze from the Andaman sea does not offset the massive overdose of chilli in the meals we ordered. We choose sweet and sour pork and yellow curry beef. No recipe I know has chill in either, but tonight we copped massive chunks in both. Significantly reduced our enjoyment of the meal. Sorry guys, we have loved the delicate use of chilli in ten meals to date, but this was just unnecessary.

What a beautiful place! strongly recommend to be here before 17 o'clock to enjoy stunning sunset view (I have some sunset photos uploaded. clean and tasty food with good price are another bonus! Don't miss it!

Great view of the sunset. eating is good, but the waiters do not know English well. we ordered a court with huh and got chicken wings what we didn't want. Apart from that, the place is charming and very good for dinner with a wonderful view.

Location, location! really good, see my pictures! also eating is really good and almost Thai prices are not a tourist nepp. we eat five different dishes, all good. Why not 5 stars? some paintings on tables and chairs would make tons of a difference and quite untypical for Thailand: stuff doesn't care much about the few customers, maybe just shy? but it's good to go here!
