I can't wait to come back one day, just eat here. the best part of everything is if after a few drinks they want a late afternoon, herr burger will be ready and wait until early morning hours. Reply to owner: I believe this owner’s reply reveals a lot about why this business is selling as poor quality a product as it appears to be. The owner chose to be open on Grab at 3AM. No one forced him to accept money from customers at this time. It’s true that I asked for parmesan cheese. Usually, a restaurant that charges $10 for a pizza is able to offer parmesan cheese. This restaurant does not have any parmesan cheese. It’s true that I asked for aluminum foil to cover the pizza box so that the pizza stayed warm; again, most good pizza restaurants in most of the world and in many parts of Vietnam do this without being asked. In this case, the pizza was not properly covered in foil there was one random sheet which did not enclose the pizza or the box. So the only reason my food did not arrive cold was because of the attentiveness of my Grab driver, who kept the food sealed in his own delivery container. But you’ll notice I complained in my original review about none of this. My expectations for pizza, even a $9 10 pizza, are not super high in Vietnam. BUT I DID NOT EXPECT MY FOOD TO ARRIVE BURNED. I wondered if the earlier review from the person who found ANTS in their pizza was fake, but, after seeing how the owner responded to this, I completely believe it. My intuition is that the employees of this restaurant are working very hard but that the owner is doing a mediocre job managing them and investing in the business. Burning your customer’s food is simply not acceptable. I suggest folks order elsewhere. Update: I am happy to provide a glowing review in Mui Ne for the pizza delivery service from Hamburger Gà Giòn. Although it is not a Western style pizza, it is made with genuinely fresh ingredients and a lot of love and care. Instead of trying to “manage” reviews, that business is focused on making excellent pizza. Food: 1 Service: Delivery
