as were just eating there - we can't get a message about the hotel. we have eaten a gala menu and paid total with wein per person 50 euro. for the quality of service and meat was too much. the waiter was trying, but overwhelmed. the meat of the main food (gans) was too dry. the interior is very simple for Bavarians - but this is a taste. the benches are more comfortable than they look. Interesting menu, nice bevarages including local beer, tasty steak and salads. I visited this restaurant few times, always satisfied
I stayed at the hotel alpenhotel krone and ate in the kronenstube for dinner. I had ravioli with goat cheese and walnut filled with fresh feigen. only the loving design of ravioli with the fresh, warm coward decorated in semicircle and with soßen mirror - a dense. also the taste. in the afternoon I was annoyed not to have made a photo.
Rindertatar and tafelspitz, both elegantly prepared, fresh and beautifully decorated. next to a scum soup and a st. Peter fish. both need not hide behind a star kitchen from the preparation and the presentation. you can only sit back very satisfactorily and take an espresso to finish. a great dinner.
The kronenstube im alpenhotel krone in pfronten is also open to the public and not only reserved for hotel guests. a clear menu offers regional and regional delicacies. a multiple lob is to speak to the kitchen. but also the service staff is explicitly praised, you can feel right at home. the price limit is slightly higher, but for a well-maintained evening with a very good meal it may also be a little more expensive. the wine card is well stocked, but who prefers to enjoy a beer to eat is also well served. upscale kitchen, which will gladly be enjoyed. we live in the alpenhotel krone and enjoy every evening a four-course menu (plus sorbet or the like as an intercourse) in the kronenstube. spitze. and at the Sylvester Gala menu the kitchen has surpassed and quality of the stars. and in doing so the portions are very large. absolutely no understanding for the one who still melts.
