Exceptionally good cuisine (kudos to the chef) and a small but very fine menu with delicious dishes. The origin of the ingredients is regional and is also stated on the menu. Proof that pubs should not die out and can still be attractive to young people! The service was also great, we felt very comfortable!

Unfortunately, we couldn't find a menu online or outside the restaurant beforehand, and we were very surprised by how few dishes there were. There were only about six main courses. A small menu is fine for us, as long as the dishes are at least good enough. However, we were very disappointed. The salad, in particular, was more cafeteria-style. It's okay, but not restaurant-standard. I'd rather make a salad at home next time. The quality of the ingredients may be organic/Demeter, but ultimately, the taste of the overall product is what counts, and I simply can't recommend it.
