The restaurant was very cold, and all the guests were wearing jackets at their tables because it was uncomfortably drafty. As a result, there was no cozy atmosphere at all. The service was also disappointing—forgetful and difficult to understand. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed or inattentive. The food didn't live up to Uncle Otto's reputation. It was cold, and even though the restaurant was almost empty (only about 4-5 other guests), the food didn't arrive for about 35 minutes. Taste-wise, it wasn't anything special either. The restroom was particularly bad—very dirty and with a strong smell of urine, which was simply unpleasant and further worsened the overall impression. In conclusion: Unfortunately, not a good experience. A cold restaurant, inattentive service, cold food, and unhygienic restrooms—the price-performance ratio is completely off. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Uncle Otto.

In... read more Ordered food for four people. The first call was because the driver couldn't find the address, but then it took over 30 minutes until they actually arrived. In total, I waited almost two hours. The driver was sent away with the food because it was cold. The fault lies in the fact that no one who speaks German took the order and address. I would never recommend this place for delivery again.
