Best single malt whiskey I've had in quite some time. The Ownership are very kind and down to earth and very knowledgeable about their products.James walked me through the whole distilling process from start to finish down to the char of the staves in the barrels.If you're looking for a damn good drink and mighty fine people, this is the place for you.Will be back soon.

Took the tour and learned so much from Mike, the distillery sommelier. Loved the smoked Old Fashioned and the Root Beer Float. Enjoyed the live music. Bought a bottle to enjoy at home. Also trued the Siracha beer pretzels as well as the Pilsner flavor. Will have to return to try the rest of the cocktails.

This place is making some of the best whiskey in this area. We were really impressed by both the quality and the service. Both the owner and the spirits sommelier were super nice guys, and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. They are making some really interesting and good spirits that are distilled from their beer runs right now. We really appreciate them-definitely check this place out!
