What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I was taken aback to find food on the ground around the tables, even though they had been wiped down. The beverage machine was broken, with a bucket underneath to catch the spilled liquid. The booths were in disrepair, which contributed to the overall unkempt appearance. It's really unfortunate, as I've had positive experiences at other Panera Bread locations in the past.
